Governet has extensive experience and expertise in conducting major planning processes for large organizations. In the past, such planning processes consisted of facilitating local meetings, gathering consensus, and preparing printed reports and ultimately, the plan. The difficulty with such traditional planning processes is that the static plans, produced at a particular point in time, are difficult to use for meaningful follow-up, accountability tracking, and sustainability to institutional goals.
As a result, Governet now offers a Web-based Institutional Planning Module and process. This module is integrated with the core CurricUNET System and certain other modules (such as Program Review and Assessment) for curriculum-related initiatives. In addition, the Web-based design provides a vehicle and framework for continuous update, tracking, and review of all major institutional initiatives. Furthermore, it includes accountability linkages and a system of performance metrics.
